My precious Grace Theresa,
You came to us a surprise, to hear you were coming into our lives.
Daddy and I were so happy that a beautiful baby girl was to be.
Inside me you started to grow and I began to glow. Just like me Grace you just couldnβt wait so you came 3 months early before your due date. You looked just your daddy and you were perfect from head to toe. But on the inside that just wasnβt so. I watched you day after day and what a fight you gave. But God needed a tiny little angel named Grace Theresa and back into his arms did God take you, our hearts are broken and our empty arms ache. All our hopes and dreams for you have now been set aside. Grace you touched our lives and captivated our hearts. You brought such joy into our lives in the short time you were here. Thank you for giving me the chance to be your mommy. I know Grandma Kerwin who you are named after is holding you in her arms looking down on us all right now. She will take care of you now baby girl. Gracie girl we love you so very much, you will always be a part of our lives and your memory will live in our hearts forever. Daddy and I miss you so much. Rest in peace our sweet angel and know that one day we will be together again.
